Yes, but a “Lite” version. You don’t need full payroll, but you do need a system to collect W-9s and file 1099s. We offer a “Contractor Compliance” package specifically for this.

How do you handle “Paid Leave Oregon”?

We automate it. We set up the deduction rates in Gusto so the employee portion is withheld correctly and the employer portion (if applicable) is calculated automatically.

Can I switch payroll providers mid-year?
